2. Account Registration
To open an account with 12baji, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created using false information may be suspended at any time, and any deposited funds may not be refunded.
Registration Eligibility

- 12baji has not previously closed your account, and you are not on any restricted or banned list.

Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password with anyone, and report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately. Allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.
Please Note: Each individual may only register one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, bank account, or device will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
12baji complies with international anti-money laundering regulations, making identity verification mandatory for all users. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is complete, and in some cases deposits may also be restricted.
Required Documents
- Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving license.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months).
- Payment Verification: Proof of ownership of the bKash/Nagad number used.
KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Additional information may be requested during the process. All information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
12baji supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Our goal is to make the deposit and withdrawal process as simple and fast as possible.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: ৳500.

- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Third-party payments are not accepted, and any such deposits will be returned.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

- Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
- The wagering requirement for each bonus typically ranges from 10x to 30x.
- If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe after a bonus is credited, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- 12baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6. Betting Rules

- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cashout option may be available in certain cases.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 12baji reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- If an event is cancelled, all stakes placed on it will be refunded.
- Match fixing or any form of fraudulent manipulation is strictly prohibited.
- Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the event and market.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 12baji. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in any form of hacking.
- Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerability on the platform.
- Engaging in harassment or offensive behaviour toward other users.
- Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.

- Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
